searching for dreams

I, me, myself. How would I lead myself through this life? What will I become later when I old? Do I give myself choices to live in certain way- the way I want to?
So these questions helps me to wonder, and reflect back to the last memory I had when I have a dream. Beyond many wildest dreams that others have thought for themselves, I had the urge to find one. It was not easy. In my young age that time, it seems impossible, but I actually did. What is it? -forgot for a while- yeah, I want to be a doctor who, obviously- treats patient and that's it.

Now-- when I come to my youth age, I have lost my way from that track- being a doctor.
Worst, I have lost my spirit and the inspiration in life. What am I living for? Yeah I know the main purpose is to become a khalifah- yet, something's missing. I felt I have gone a big portion of myself from before. I have been wondering- and my soul is craving for something. Maybe, in a way, it's called dreams. I have felt that I need to find the missing portion by searching what I want to do and to foster in my life.

Thus, to me, I think its very crucial to find the things that we want to achieve and let the dreams become the wings to fly and set our soul free. Secondly, so that I would be able to be who I want to be, without any hesitation.

Let's make prayers so that Allah can guide us towards the path that we want to go, and help us through it without difficulties. Ameen ya Allah.. :-)

Resipi | SAGU GULA MELAKA YUMZZZ

Resipi mudah dan enak untuk anda!

you might wonder how this exquisite-looking dessert can be made so simple?

You might want an easy to make, yet is exceptionally delicious malay traditional dessert that would make your mouth water. Dessert, or 'pencuci mulut' Sagu Gula Melaka ni sangat mudah untuk dibuat andd I can promise it wont disappoint you!

Sagu Gula Melaka ni perlu 3 bahan je;

1) Gula Merah/Melaka (preferably yang bukan serbuk punya, sebab yg ketul rasa die lagi sedap)
2) Sagu (any colour can do, green or pink etc.)
3) Susu Cair (Evaporated Milk) -saya suggest dairy champ sebab susu dia rasa lebih creamy dan harga murah so berbaloi la.

Cara-cara memasak:

1) Rendam sagu(anggaran 5 genggam tangan) dalam air sehingga dia kembang sedikit.
2) Setelah itu masukkan sagu beserta air yang sudah direndam tadi di dalam periuk, letak periuk tu atas api yang sederhana besar sehingga mendidih. Semasa mendidih kena sentiasa gaul sagu tu bagi rata(cedok dari bawah ke atas agar bawahnya tidak hangus or else jadi la gula hangus). Teruskan gaul sehingga hampir kesemua sagu mengembang jadi 'hijau clear' dan hilang warna putih sagu.
3) Lalu tutup api dan letak ke tepi untuk cool down, lepastu baru masukkan dalam satu kontena dan disejukkan di dalam peti ais sekurang-kurangnya 3 jam.

4) Sekarang, untuk membuat air gula melaka, didih air sebanyak 4-5 cawan di dalam periuk atas api besar, sambil tunggu air mendidih- hiris gula melaka menjadi kepingan-kepingan kecil. (Satu ketul gula melaka tu pun dah cukup manisnya, unless kalau betul2 suka manis so boleh tmbah je lagi ikut citarasa hehe).


5) Apabila air sudah mendidih, masukkan hirisan gula melaka tadi ke dalam air mendidih tersebut dan kacau sehingga menjadi sedikit pekat (tandanya air berwarna coklat gelap). Setelah itu, tutup api dan asingkan sebentar sebelum dimasukkan dalam botol untuk disejukkan di dalam peti ais. (saya suka memasukkan air gula melaka dalam botol supaya nanti senang nak tuang semasa menghidang).
6) Tinggalkan air gula melaka dan sagu beserta susu cair di dalam peti ais selama 3 jam atau lebih atau sehingga sejuk(lagi sejuk lagi enak).

Cara menghidang:

Keluarkan semua bahan dari peti ais, dan masukkan ketiga-tiga bahan tersebut di dalam mangkuk. and, you're DONE! Sedap makan sejuk2.

Today i got the results ive been waiting since last semester.... change programme! Alhamdulillah, finally dapat juga tukar ke Bachelor of Econ & Mgt (Hons.) daripada Biotechnology. After a looonggg period of decision bercampur baur dengan pening kepala nak tukar prog (sebab nak tukar course kat UIA kuantan sangat susah tauu) saya nasihat sesiapa yang nak tukar kos tu pegi la cecepat tukar before masuk degree. Salah satu perbezaan yang ketara adalah harga bayaran change of programme. Kalau di CFS pj kena bayar RM50, kat UIA kuantan kena bayar dua kali ganda, which is RM100.
